The form & movement of Kettlebells is very different than what most people are familiar with - It is very difficult to understand the proper form and movement from a DVD. There is a specific progression that occurs. The foundation movements of Kettlebells is mastered before moving on to any other movement. Then and only then, should you advance to the next level. Some clients do get the basics very quickly but even the most savvy kettlebell training enthusiast will be sure they have mastered each stage before advancing to the next level.
